DEEDAT gladly accepts returns due to a change of mind, provided the return request is made within 30 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

Enter the order number and select the product you wish to return or exchange.
Choose the reason for return/exchange and submit your request.
Our customer care representative will contact you within 24 hours to process your request.
Return/exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and they need to arrange their own shipping. For damaged or incorrect products, return/exchange shipping charges will be excluded. Please allow sufficient time for your package to be returned to our warehouse.
Once returns are received and accepted, it can take up to 14 calendar days to process a
refund. You will receive an email confirming the refund has been processed. It may take 3 - 5 business days before funds are reflected in your account, depending on your bank/credit card issuer.
Notification of the completed refund will be sent via email.
DEEDAT will refund the value of the returned goods, but will not refund any shipping charges paid.
